Some of my best days are spent exploring our beautiful Amelia Island – Ft. Clinch is one of me and my girls top spots. The trails are amazing and offer so much to see every time we visit – the girls always have a blast and both enjoy showing all those bugs who is boss and they even get a little mouthy with some of the local birds! Getting outside and moving isn’t always easy with my busy workdays and life – but when I do I defiantly come back with so much energy and some of my best ideas come when I’m out enjoying our little island.
