A Note from Carrie Ann
I feel incredibly lucky to do what I love every day. Not everyone gets to say that, and it’s something I never take for granted. I couldn't imagine having someone else for our agent, from the moment I spoke to Carrie over the phone to the time we finally signed closing paperwork she took care of everything and treated us like we were family. Carrie is a problem solver and she has mastered her craft, whenever there was a problem she brought solutions to the table to help us decide how to move forward. I would tell Carrie regularly she is the best agent in Florida....I was wrong, there is no other agent like her and I wholeheartedly believe she is the best agent in the world.

Carrie Ann made purchasing our second home a breeze. We live 800 miles away so we had to rely on Carrie Ann to get all of our many questions answered and going back to the property to measure for us twice. My wife and I had to depart for an overseas assignment and Carrie Ann set up the closing on the property to be done virtually from overseas and educated us on this process which set us up for success. We were looking for a primary residence on Amelia Island remotely from New Jersey. Carrie Ann continually kept us up to date with fresh listings matching our criteria. Upon arrival in person to look at properties, Carrie Ann had a very efficient schedule of home lined up for us to view. We ended up purchasing the 2nd home we viewed and could not be happier with our new dream home. If you are looking to work with an agent remotely there has to be allot of trust and 2 way communications.
