Hi I’m Carrie Ann your Local Go To Realtor – Welcome to beautiful Amelia Island!
I am so lucky to live on this island and today I wanted to share what makes Amelia Island so special. Named one of the top 25 islands by Conde Nast – so with just that it is like WOW! As amazing as that is, this is why you should visit Amelia Island:
Amelia Island Florida is located on the Florida / Georgia border on the Atlantic Coast. Here you can enjoy the relaxed Florida beaches with a unique Southern Charm. You will find fascinating history, plenty of outdoor activities and one of a kind shopping and dining!
The countless locally owned businesses, restaurants and antique shops will give you a glimpse into our diverse community!
One of our many claims to fame is our expansive pristine beaches, there you will find unspoiled treasures and often you will find that you are just about the only one there – this is one of the best things in my opinion.
Amelia Island is perfect for that romantic couples getaway or that relaxed family vacation your dreaming about – with so many things to do you are sure to make a life time of memories and will hate to say goodbye!
