What makes the Holiday’s so special?  It’s the traditions that evoke memories from our childhood, the thoughts of family get-together s and staying up all night waiting on Santa!  The gifts are great but it’s not what we remember… it’s the moments.  In my home we have always made Christmas cookies, I can remember sitting with my Great Grandmother in Waco Tx with so much anticipation on those freshly baked cookies coming out of the oven so we could decorate them.  We all had different colored icing and sprinkles so we could make our masterpieces.  I still love doing this with my boys even though they are all grown up now!
