Fernandina Beach Things To Do

Amelia Island is part of the Sea Islands chain of barrier islands, tucked away at the Northern end of Florida’s Atlantic coast. It has a history of Spanish, French, British and American rule, all with unique stories. Today it’s a popular vacation destination known for its luxury resorts, golf courses and numerous sandy beaches, but why just come for a vacation when you can live in paradise?

We have oceanfront, marsh and inner-coastal home and condo communities. The southend of the island is home to the Omni Plantation and the Ritz Carleton, the homes in these areas range from large estates, patio homes, townhomes and condos. One of the best things about this area of the island is that it is close to some of our beautiful marsh areas, moments from the beaches and has our beautiful oak canopies. This area also has the most diverse usage homes, with many being second homes or short-term rentals. It is the most popular area for tourists and therefore provides wonderful rental income. Although this area is quieter it still has amenities to include the island’s only Harris Teeter, a multitude of unique restaurants and shopping. No matter which community you choose to call home they are all are just steps away from some of the most beautiful pristine beaches on the East Coast.
